## Description

Like a triathlon, but without bikes...because we're donating bikes and gear to youth bike teams through Oasis Center! Our 500 meter swim is in a beautiful outdoor olympic distance pool and the 5k run is on a greenway that runs through several parks.

## Schedule & Info

Located at the Jimmy Floyd Center in Lebanon, TN.

Race day check-in starts at 6:10 am, check-in closes at 7:10 am. Announcements at 7:20 am. Swimmers will start based on anticipated finish time for 500 meter swim.

First swimmers in the water at 7:30 am.

It will be a time-trial start, meaning we will release one swimmer at a time roughly every ten seconds. Swimmers will swim a zig zag pattern going from one lane to the next of 10 lanes, 50 meters per lane.

Upon exiting the last lane, swimmers will head to a transition area to put on their shoes and head out for a 5 kilometer run on a beautiful greenway.

There will be prize packages for the overall top male and female finishers, and prizes and podium recognition for age-group winners. Time cap is 60 minutes.
