# Global Running Day Sponsored by Adidas!

# Join us for Global Running Day for a one or three-mile run, followed by food and drinks, kid activities, and a panel discussing diversity and inclusion in the Nashville running community! In collaboration with The Exchange and Adidas, every runner will have the opportunity to demo Adidas' top-performing shoes. Jordan Marie Brings Three White Horses Whetstone, the subject of the newly released book "Beyond The Game" and founder of Rising Hearts, will be doing a book reading and joining a panel on diversity in the running community and Intersectionality. Let's celebrate the joy of running and community & encourage others to get out on the road!

**About Jordan Marie Brings Three White Horses Whetstone:**

Jordan Marie Brings Three White Horses Whetstone is a citizen of the Kul Wicasa Oyate, also known as the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe in South Dakota. She is a professional runner/athlete advocate, Project Manager, DEI consultant, filmmaker, and founder of the Rising Hearts nonprofit organization. Whetstone is a passionate advocate for her Indigenous relatives and communities - fighting for justice, diversity, inclusivity, equity, access, safety and visibility, as it intersects across all forms of movements of climate, racial, social, and economic justice.
