## Description

Join us on Saturday October 6th for a Course Preview and your longest long run before the Nashville 1/2 and Marathon.

This run will be supported by pace group guides and water stops along the way and is open to anyone preparing for the Nashville 1/2 and Marathon or anyone looking to get a long run in.

Marathoners will start at 6am and Half Marathoners will begin at 6:30am.

Please familiarize yourself with the routes. We use Run Go to provide turn by turn directions and highly recommend you download the app to your phone. We will also have printed cue sheets available as well.

There will be multiple waterstops with water and electrolytes, but we recommend you carry your own handheld bottle with your preferred fluids in case there are any issues with the waterstops (unfortunately, we have had coolers stolen occasionally),

Please note there are no restrooms at the start, but since this is Nashville, you'll be sure to pass a portalet or two along the way!
