## Description

Join us at Virginia Weaver Park in Cedar Hill for a day of multi-sport for kids, plus a family and friends wave! 

FOR KIDS: Triathlon or Splash and Dash - open to kids ages 6 -17 yrs with Junior, Senior/High School distances. 

FOR: FAMILY, FRIENDS and FIRST TIMERS: This special recreational wave is open to anyone between the ages of 6 -99 who wants to race with a family member, friend or just try our a triathlon for the first time!

Kids Triathlon:
Open to ages 6 – 17 yrs
Youth Jr Age 7-10 - 100Y Pool Swim + 2.5mi Bike + 1K run
Youth Sr Age 11-15  - 200Y Pool Swim + 5mi Bike + 2K run
High School 16-17 - 200Y Pool Swim + 5mi Bike + 2K run

Kids Splash & Dash:
Open to ages 6 – 15 yrs
Youth Jr Age 7-10 - 100Y Pool Swim + 1K run
Youth Sr Age 11-15 - 200Y Pool Swim + 2K run

Family Tri/Try a Tri and Family Relay:  
Open to all ages! This special recreational wave is open to anyone who wants to race with a family member or friend, regardless of age or gender.
200Y Pool Swim + 5mi Bike + 2K run
