Join Heart N Hands “Running for the HEART” 5K | 10K Run/Walk/Bike 

Saturday, November 7, 2026 | Registration begins at 7:00am | Race Begins at 8:00am

NEW ORLEANS: Starting Line is on the beautiful Bayou St. John (Wisner near PanAm Stadium)

Heart N Hands wants you to get active and increase movement by loving your HEART. What have you done for your heart lately?   This is a great time for you to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your HEART some love.  "Running for the HEART 5K|10K" is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!

Race Day Schedule of Events:

7:00 am - Sign-In & On-site Registration
7:45am - Welcome & Morning Stretch
8:00 am - 5K|10K Runners Start
8:15am - 5K|10K Walkers and Bikers Start 
10:00am - Cool Down & Celebration!!!
