Need to get more exercise than just pounding on those keys? Eyes burning from looking at the computer screen too much? Break up the day, with a nice 5k. 

Take a break from all that Cyber Monday shopping and get some PT for free. This virtual event won't cost you a dime, just a little of your time. Complete the 3.1 miles (walk/run/hike/bike/whatever) and log your time on the honor system back here on the website.
