Welcome to the 10th Annual Frozen Feet Challenge!

This winter, we invite YOU to embrace the cold with CT RUN CO. and build a healthy habit that’s simple, achievable, and energizing. You’ll be stepping outside to walk or run each day alongside more than 2,000 fellow participants taking on the Frozen Feet Challenge.

We’ll be right there with you—cheering you on, sharing tips, and helping you stay motivated as you work toward completing the full 6-week streak. Let’s make this your healthiest, strongest winter yet!
