## Description

Let's run/walk to help support the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and families. All proceeds will go towards Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach and Nourished Bellies programs to families in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi and Madagascar.

Join in person at the beautiful Randall's Island Park in NYC. T-shirt, bib number pick up at the day of the event. 

Bib and medal (For adults, teens and children)/ T-shirt is available for purchase.
Race bandana, bib and medal (For dogs)
Refreshments and snacks (For everyone)
Goodie bag for dogs and kids.

Nourished Bellies Madagascar: Drinkable, clean water to 3 schools and 1 village. Anklimarovahastsy, Ambosary II, Lavandradra, Seveipoty - Ambovombe.
Nourished Bellies Canada: Food and refreshments distribution - Ontario, Toronto.
Mindfulness Education USA: Mindfulness, meditation, sound bath and mindful reading - Long Beach, New York.
Mindfulness Education Malawi:  Mindfulness Program at Dzaleka Refugee Camp and in 20 schools - Dowa district, Lilongwe.
