Whether you’re keeping up your momentum or just looking for a fun excuse to step outside, our Fall in Love with Running Challenge is back for another season! 

Think of this as an autumn bingo card for your runs and/or walks. Over two full months, you’ll work through a list of 50 tasks—a mix of quick, easy prompts and fun activities that take a little extra planning. The rule of thumb is simple: every task you check off requires completing at least one mile, so a 3-mile outing gives you room to log three separate tasks.

This is the perfect Challenge to give you that extra nudge when the mornings and evenings turn crisp.
