In mid-October, there's just no better time to throw down a fast FAT race.  

 

Music, announcing, personalized bibs- and college coaches love seeing FAT track times.

10:00am Start

Order of events, run fastest first

300m Dash - Men followed by Women
The Mile - races seeded by time, Men/ Women together
5k/ 3k races - combined based on pace per kilometer
500m Dash - Men followed by Women

 

Final instructions, including time schedule, will be posted and emailed Friday, Oct 16
