Bay Saint Louis Running Company is proud to present 5K + Namaste — a sunrise run followed by yoga on the Bay!

Join us for a friendly, fun loop 5K perfect for runners and walkers of all paces, starting near the Harbor at the corner of DeMontluzin Avenue & Beach Boulevard.

6:30 AM — Arrive & gather
6:35 AM — 5K run/walk begins
6:40 AM — Sunrise 🌅
7:30 AM — Yoga with Connie Raley 🧘‍♀️

After yoga, stay and enjoy mimosas, nonalcoholic refreshments, light snacks, and lavender towels as we ease into the weekend. 🥂💜
