Live Music, 5k, 1-mile fun run/walk and vendor charity event supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention in Springfield, Illinois. 

Early bird registration opens on World Mental Health Day, Oct. 10, 2026. 

Participants who register by Sunday, Aug. 15, 2027 receive a complimentary Rock & Run t-shirt. Medals available to the first 400 finishers.
