Get ready to Run, Walk or Strut your way through the heart of downtown Des Moines with the Pride community. The 2027 Capital City Pride Stride presented by DLL brings together the LGBTQ+ community, friends, families, allies and supporters for one of the most colorful and energetic mornings of the summer.

Starting and finishing in the heart of PrideFest, our 5K route is fast, flat and, like our favorite band, One Direction. Along the route, expect music, support, great views, and the kind of energy that comes from sharing hard work with great people.

Come celebrate a morning of movement,  belonging, and strength.

Sweat optional.
