## Description

Sweet Grace Ministries offers support, hope, and empathy to families enduring miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. We offer support in the form of comfort baskets, comfort bags, gowns, photography, cards, support group, events, and more. We are currently partnered with 24 hospitals in PA, 2 in MD, 1 in AK, 1 in NJ, and 1 in MT. 

Our 15th Walk to Remember will be held Saturday, October 3, 2026 (in person with the option to participate virtually)

We hope to raise awareness, funds, and resources to support our organization.  A one-mile walk will follow a remembrance celebration and candle lighting ceremony. All are welcome to participate in person at Norlo Park OR at home with family and friends.

Pre-registration encouraged, but not required. 

2:30 pm-Registration Opens
2:30-5:00 pm-Snacks & Fellowship Time
5:30 pm-Speaker, Reading of names, Candle lighting
One-mile Walk to Immediately Follow
 
 
We will utilize YouTube for virtual participants on October 3, 2026. Program beginning at 5pm.
