## Description

Austin Elementary invites you to their 23rd annual Dunwoody Dash 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 8am to 11am!  Bring the entire family for post race fun including Dunwoody's favorite food trucks, music, free inflatables, face painting and more! All proceeds from the Dunwoody Dash support Austin Elementary School students, faculty and staff, and fund school enrichment programs.  

The 5k is an official qualifier for the 2027 AJC Peachtree Road Race. Awards will be given to the top 5k runners in various age groups.  The 5K and Fun Run are walker and stroller friendly!

Saturday, October 24th, 2026 

5K starts at 8am

Fun Run/Walk starts at 8:10am

Fun Zone 8am to 10:30am 

 

Register before 10/1 to get a free t-shirt included with the registration fee.

Wednesday 10/21   7:15a-7:45a and 4p-5:45p

Thursday 10/22       7:15a-7:45a and 4p-5:45p

Friday 10/23            7:15a-7:45a and 4p-5:45p

If you can't make it to the times above, last minute pick up available on race day 10/24 at 7:15a-7:45a.

Race Bags will not be distributed through the AM or PM carpool line.  No parking on campus for AM pick up (park off campus and walk to school). Parking at the school is available for afternoon pickup.
