Run, walk or bike your way to Fitness at the Rison in the Fall Festival!

This event is sponsored by Absolute Health to help you fall into fitness. It serves as the official kick off for the festival, which will include a free concerts, fun and food for the whole family... plus fitness and wellness tips all around the festival! Participants will receive a T-shirt. Medals will be awarded. All proceeds benefit the Rison in the Fall Festival, which is a free event organized by non-profit organization Rison Shine Community Development, Inc.
