Direct runners and cheer them on! Rating: Fun, exciting — right in the action. Finish Line Helper Assist with medals, refreshments, and cheering finishers. Rating: Easy and fun — at the heart of the celebration. Turtle / Sweeper Support the final participant and alert volunteers when the last runner passes. Rating: Slightly physical — rewarding and great exercise. Packet Pickup / Results Distribute bibs, shirts, and help celebrate finishers. Rating: Busy before start, fun and relaxed after. Set the tone for the day! Floater Assist wherever needed — medals, snacks, crowd support, etc. Rating: Super easy and fun — in the middle of all the excitement. Lead Bike Guide the first runners on the correct course using a bike or scooter. Rating: Active and enjoyable. You’re done once the lead runner finishes. Bigfoot Mascot Wear the Bigfoot suit, cheer, give high-fives, and take photos! Rating: The coolest and most fun position — you’re the star of the show!   🗓 Important Notes Shirt guarantee: 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability. Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold. Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start. Any additional pickups announced by email 1 week prior to the race. Course Surface: Expect mixed surfaces (pavement, crushed granite, dirt paths). Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads.
