## Description

Blast into fall with this high-energy race and support the children/youth of Rockcastle County. 

Proceeds benefit Rockcastle County Kiwanis Club whose mission is improving the world one child and one community at a time.

 

Event Details

5K Run and 2-Mile Walk begins at 8:00 a.m. at Brodhead Elementary School on Saturday, September 26
Event will be chip-timed.
Race day packet pick up from 7:00-7:45 a.m.
$20 pre-registration fee by Monday, Sept. 15, includes race t-shirt.
$25 registration fee after Sept. 15. T-shirt not guaranteed.

Awards

Overall male and female race winner
Top three male and female runners in each of the following age groups: 12-under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+
Top three fastest male and female walkers 

NEW! Student Strides 2026

ALL students age 4-18 run FREE! No shirt included in registration, but may be added on for additional fee.
Students who complete at least 7 races will receive a $25 gift card and custom t-shirt at the end of the 2026 series! 
Students must run or walk to be eligible for awards and incentives.
