THE GREAT GATSBY TRIATHLON - SUNDAY JUNE 23rd, 2027.

Long Island’s Gold Coast has a rich history of triathlon, and we’re proud to keep that tradition alive at Town of North Hempstead Beach Park!

Thanks to the incredible support of the Town of North Hempstead, Race Awesome is bringing athletes back to one of Long Island’s most iconic waterfront race venues.

The Great Gatsby Triathlon features a fast and exciting Sprint Triathlon course:

500 Meter Bay Swim
14 Mile Bike, 4 LOOPS on CLOSED ROADS
3.1 Mile Run through the park’s paths and trails

This is a fantastic race for experienced triathletes looking to race FAST, but it is also a GREAT event for athletes taking on their first triathlon.

Whether you’re chasing the podium, looking for a new PR, or simply looking for an AWESOME summer race, the Great Gatsby Triathlon is ready for you.
