## Description

Sundown Rundown isn’t just a race—it’s an ultra that forgot the slow part.

Course Design: 1.6 miles or 2.8km lap distances. Each course varies, but the distance is intentional to make pacing more challenging. This is a short-course backyard-style race with an elimination built into the start times. 

Scoring

The winner is the last runner to complete a lap before that lap's cutoff — and the cutoff gets faster every lap. You can choose to sit out the next lap to protect your position instead of risking the cutoff, but that choice is final; there's no re-entry. If nobody completes another lap, the win goes to whoever was ahead on the last lap more than one runner finished together. Full rules: fifthstreetcross.com/sundown-rundown

Race Parking

If you want to stay within the venue until 8pm, then you can park inside the compost center, close to the start area. However, if you need to leave prior to 8pm, you should park in the gravel lots outside the venue.
