The Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run is an uplifting celebration of community and progress, combining the spirit of the traditional Walk with the energy of a 5K run! Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

8:45 a.m. - registration/check-in and Resource Fair open

9:15 a.m. - 5K warm-up

9:30 a.m. - 5K start

9:50 a.m. Superhero Sprint warm-up

10 a.m. - Superhero Sprint

10:15 a.m. - Opening Ceremony

10:30 a.m. - Walk starts

12 noon - event concludes
