Join the Kopp Foundation for Diabetes (KFD) for our first-ever virtual 5k on World Diabetes Day - November 14! Led by young advocates and allies, the KFD Step Up to T1D Challenge invites participants everywhere to move for change and raise awareness for Type 1 diabetes (T1D).

Every step supports KFD’s mission to empower youth, expand education, and build a healthier future for everyone impacted by T1D. Whether you go solo or form a team, your participation helps turn awareness into action.
