## Description

September 26th from 10:00am –11:30am at the RRRC Clubhouse - brief explanation of rucking and weighted vest training at the clubhouse, followed by a 30–45 minute ruck outdoors as a group. Participants would need to bring either a backpack with weight or a weight vest.
