This epic day features heart-pounding events for every fitness level, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Richland County school athletic departments:

Kids Fun Run: A spirited race that gets our youngest athletes moving and grooving
Move Ontario:  A community fitness challenge, participants will complete the final mile of their 44 mile challenge at our event!
5K Run/Walk: Run or walk our scenic Marshall Park course for a day you won't soon forget!
Yoga in the Park: Find your zen and stretch those muscles
Gauntlet Race: A brutal, multi-stage challenge that will push you to your limits
Weightlifting Competition: Showcase your raw strength and power
