Hoot and Holler Team – representing our incredible ambassador birds
Play Dead Legends Team – for our resilient mammal ambassadors
Rattler and Rollers Team – celebrating our amazing reptile ambassadors
After you cross the finish line, stick around for a one-of-a-kind experience - meet our wildlife animal ambassadors up close and connect with the very animals your run is helping to protect.

Set on the scenic campus of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, this course offers a beautiful South Florida backdrop - perfect for runners aiming for a strong finish and nature lovers soaking in the surroundings.

Each year, the South Florida Wildlife Center admits over 8,000 animals - from injured birds of prey to orphaned mammals and native reptiles - all in urgent need of care. These animals arrive sick, injured, or alone… and this is where their second chance begins.

Your race registration directly supports:

Emergency rescue and critical medical treatment
Rehabilitation and release back into the wild
Care for our education ambassadors who inspire thousands each year
Quite simply: you run, they recover.
