JUNIOR LEADERSHIP RUN 5K presented by Pointe Homes

OUR MISSION

To revive Junior Leadership El Paso — a youth leadership development program that creates pathways for El Paso's next generation of civic and community leaders. We run to ensure that every young person in El Paso has access to the mentorship, knowledge, and community connections that make leadership possible.

The Junior Leadership El Paso program will serve approximately 40 high school students per cohort, immersing them in a year-long experience that includes:

Monthly full-day leadership sessions with top professionals and civic leaders
Deep exposure to El Paso's key sectors: government, healthcare, education, military, business, and the arts
A capstone community service project conceived and executed by each cohort
Mentorship connections with adult professionals from across industries
A formal graduation ceremony and lifelong alumni network

This is an investment in El Paso's future — not for one year, but for every year that follows.
