## Description

The Staples-Motley Cardinal Track & Field Team is proud to host this year's Railroad Days 5K, powered by Lakewood Health System.

We are excited to partner with the CLC Ag Center and the Trails Committee to bring you a race that showcases Staples' new local trail system and the beautiful Living Legacy Gardens. The course includes asphalt, sidewalks, and dirt trails, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

100% of participant registration fees and donations directly support the Staples-Motley Cardinal Track & Field Team. Your participation helps provide the funding needed to purchase essential equipment for our athletes.

Current equipment needs include:

Starting blocks & Cart
Hurdles
High jump pit
Indoor throwing implements (shots and discus)
Team tent (for use during hot or rainy track meets)
