About Our Event Host: Hope Cottage of Randolph County
Hope Cottage of Randolph County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and children escaping domestic abuse of all kinds. They envision a community where every individual lives free of fear and domestic violence, empowered to build a safe, independent, and dignified life. 

As a faith-based ministry, Hope Cottage serves all women in need regardless of their religious background, providing holistic care to help families heal and rebuild. 

Key services provided include:
Safe Shelter & Meals: Secure housing and nutritional support for mothers and their children escaping abusive situations. 
Comprehensive Counseling: Access to career, spiritual, and psychological counseling. 
Life & Job Skills: Educational courses covering essential life skills and job readiness assistance. 
Case Management & Guidance: Resources and assistance navigating legal, financial, and community support systems. 
Referrals & Support: Connections to substance abuse programs and surrounding community health services. 
By participating in the Hope in Motion 5K, your registration fees and donations go directly toward funding these safe shelter services and vital assistance programs for local families in need.
