## Description

This training program is specially designed for individuals aspiring to complete a 5-mile road race. It caters to individuals who have a minimum running base of 2 to 3 miles and would like to enhance their running performance and distance, with a goal of completing a 5-mile road race, guiding them to the finish line.

Program Details:

Duration: 6 weeks leading up to the 5-Mile Tarzan Brown Mystic River Run
Start Date: Monday September 28th, 6pm Kelley’s Pace Mystic
Average Session Length: 35-55 minutes (Note: This excludes a 5-minute warm-up and a 5-minute cool-down)
Location: Kelley’s Pace Mystic
Cost: $35
Race Event: 5-Mile Tarzan Brown Mystic River Run, Saturday November 7, 2026
Training Plans: Complete 5-mile training plan will be provided at first meeting
Meeting Days: Monday and Thursday evenings
