## Description

Ruck for the Ribbon is an in-person and virtual ruck/walk that raises breast cancer awareness and supports Sisters Network Tampa Bay.

Participants must carry a backpack or rucksack; added weight is optional. Together, we carry the weight to honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and support those still fighting.

In-Person | Oct. 20 3K • Check-in 3:30 PM • Start 4:00 PM

Meet at Plant City Army Recruiting Station. Registered finishers receive a medal.

Participants will carpool to the trail. We will provide the route to registered participants. No on-site registration.

Virtual | Complete by Oct. 24. Choose a 3K or 5K and complete it anywhere. Share your completion using #R4DR and tag @SSGDawkins on IG. 

🏅 Virtual finishers are eligible for a medal; shipping costs apply.
