LNGVTY “NOT YOUR ORDINARY” 5K - HYROX Simulation
RUN. GRIND. REPEAT.
This isn't your ordinary 5K.

Forget simply running from Start to Finish. At the LNGVTY “Not Your Ordinary” 5K, you'll run, lift, carry, jump, ski, row, bike, and grind your way to the finish line. HYROX prep, longevity focused!

THE CHALLENGE
Complete:

5K RUNNING + 8 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ZONES (ala HYROX)

The 5K is divided into eight 625-meter running loops.

After each loop, you'll complete a different fitness zone before heading back out onto the course.

THE COURSE
625m Run → ZONE → 625m Run → ZONE → Repeat

THE 8 ZONES
1. 300m Row

2. 30 Box Jumps / Step-Ups

3. 300 ft Farmer's Carry

4. 30 Burpees to a Plate

5. 300m Ski

6. 30 Sandbag Walking Lunges

7. 30 Calorie Echo Bike

8. 30 Wall Balls

After completing Station #8, cross the finish line.
