## Description

Join us for the Boydton Day Boo Bash 5K Run/Walk on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 AM to help kickoff the 50th Annual Boydton Day and support the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association!  This out and back run/walk will be held on the Boydton leg of the Tobacco Heritage Trail.  It will be the kickoff event for Boydton Day followed by a quick walk up to the Boydton Day Parade at 10:00 AM and visiting the vendors and all of the planned family friendly events!  This run/walk features a smooth crush'n'run packed trail with minor elevation changes.  Runners and walkers of all ages may dress up in costume or athletic clothing and run, walk , or both from start to finish.  All participants will receive a finisher medal.  Run/Walk and Costume Contest winners will receive a trophy.  And one of the best parts of this event is that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association!
