## Description

Project Triathlon: LMS brings the iconic "Last Man Standing" elimination format to multi-sport.

THE CLOCK:

:00 – Start Horn sounds
Complete 100m Swim / 4mi Bike / 1mi Run
:59:59 – Hard Cutoff
Whatever time is left in the hour is your only rest.

THE RULES:

You must be in the start corral every hour on the hour.
Finish under 60 minutes to stay alive.
The last athlete standing must finish one final solo loop to be crowned Champion.
