For Ridge Manor FL Community Members 

Try this out! 4 wednesday night circuit style group workouts for the month of October at our Community Center

Lead by NASM Certified Fitness Trainer, Krystee Van Den Bosch (Ridge Manor Resident & Coach)

 

Wednesday's 6:15-7:00 p.m. register for the Oct. 7 start date and you will be signed up for all 4 weeks! 

$19.00 for all 4 Wednesday nights. Maximum 10 people age 16+.
