Whether you're running the 5K or enjoying the 2K Family Walk, every step you take helps support the mission of the Care Center Foundation (CCF). For more than four decades, CCF has served vulnerable and at-risk families in West Chester by providing access to high-quality education, childcare services, and community resources that help families thrive. The Care Center Foundation provides quality, subsidized daycare and early childhood education for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, along with after-school programs and summer camp opportunities. Beyond classroom learning, children receive daily meals and access to supportive community and social services that promote stability, healthy development, and long-term success. Through community fundraising efforts, the Foundation helps create educational opportunities for children, giving them access to resources, support, and experiences that strengthen confidence and help them reach their full potential. At the same time, the Foundation supports workforce mobilization, helping adults and families connect with resources, skills, opportunities, and support that can lead to greater economic stability and self-sufficiency. The Care Center Foundation's mission is to support the needs of at-risk families in West Chester by offering access to high-quality education and childcare services and leveraging community resources to help them thrive.
