With over 20 years of industry experience, we specialize in turning athletic visions into seamless, high-impact realities. From local fundraising 5Ks and cycling events to full-scale marathons and corporate golf tournaments, we provide end-to-end management that prioritizes professionalism and participant experience. Our mission is simple: to handle the heavy lifting of event logistics so our partners can focus on their mission, their community, and the finish line. Why Choose Victory Sports Management? Event organizers choose us because we eliminate the stress and uncertainty that often come with large-scale coordination. For many non-profits and corporate entities, the logistics of permits, vendor relations, and site safety can be overwhelming; we alleviate those fears by serving as a comprehensive partner from A to Z. We offer a "zero-risk" program designed to maximize revenue for 501(c)(3) organizations, ensuring that your fundraising efforts yield the highest possible return without requiring a massive upfront investment. When you work with Victory, you aren’t just hiring a vendor—you’re gaining a dedicated team that treats your event’s success as our own. What Sets Us Apart What truly distinguishes Victory Sports Management is our blend of seasoned expertise and state-of-the-art technology. We utilize proprietary Victory Sports software paired with industry-leading IPICO hardware to guarantee the most accurate, real-time timing and scoring available. Beyond the tech, our "boots-on-the-ground" approach sets a higher standard for service; our team is known for being accessible around the clock and providing hands-on support, such as digital check-in systems and personalized packet pick-up logistics. We don’t just manage races; we curate inclusive, memorable experiences that keep athletes coming back year after year. --- Source: [https://runthis.run/event/rs-217837-victory-sports-management](https://runthis.run/event/rs-217837-victory-sports-management) — data from Run This (runthis.run).
