## Description

Benefiting Teens in Foster Care & Young Adults Aging Out

Every young person deserves a place to belong, a community that believes in them, and a future filled with possibility.

Join us for the inaugural Running Home 5K, benefiting Make It Matter and our mission to walk alongside teens in foster care and young adults aging out of the system.

For many young people navigating foster care, the journey toward adulthood comes with challenges no one should have to face alone. Through intentional mentorship, meaningful relationships, and our vision for safe, stable housing, Make It Matter is working to ensure these young people have the support, encouragement, and opportunities they deserve.

Running Home is about more than crossing a finish line. It's about showing up for young people in our own community and reminding them that they are seen, valued, and never meant to navigate life alone.

Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or a family looking to make a difference together, there's a place for you at the starting line.

Every mile has meaning. Every young person matters.

Join us as we run toward a future where every young person has somewhere to belong.
