## Description

Kids Run Southgate is a FREE after school running program designed to teach kids the foundations of running with Good Form and build a life long love of the sport and fitness. The Playmakers Foundation, in collaboration with the Southgate Community School District, will run this program at participating Southgate elementary schools.

The program will run for one hour after school on Mondays & Wednesdays - a snack will be provided.

Parent Pick up is required.

Kids will be coached in running and proper form through Playmakers' Kid's Running Club curriculum by Certified Good Form Running Coaches. By the end of the program, all kids will complete a 2 mile fun run finale!
