Ordinary Mortals is heading back to the CSU Pueblo campus and returning to a triathlon! Hosted by the CSU Pueblo Women’s Swimming and Diving Team, this year’s event will feature the same course used for our previous triathlons on campus.

Finish with a 2-mile run back along the river trail.

Mini Mortals Duathlon (MMD):  for ages 5-15 years is a really nice, safe, fast and flat course right around the Kestrel Pond (formerly called the Rock Canyon Swim Beach). Parents and fans will be able to see the entire 0.6 mile loop run course around the pond

Run 0.6-mile path around Kestrel Pond (5-8 year old-1 lap, 9-11 year old-2 laps, and 12-15 year old-3 laps)
Bike a 2-mile loop on a quiet road servicing the race venue and two fishing areas downstream. (5-8 year old: 0.8 lap, 9-11 year old: 3 laps, 12-15 year old: 4 laps)
Finish with a 1-3 lap run depending on age.

This race is brought to you by the same group that hosted Ordinary Mortals and Mini Mortals Triathlon at CSU-Pueblo since 2011. Unfortunately, scheduling and increased traffic at the university is keeping us from hosting the triathlon there.  But check out photos of our previous events and stay in touch with us by LIKING our Facebook page!

Ebikes are allowed but participants on Ebikes are excluded from overall and age group awards.
