## Description

Celebrate the beginning of a New Year by participating in the 41st annual Frosty 5K New Year's Day race hosted by the Guilford Rotary Club. The course will take you past many iconic sights in this celebrated coastal New England town - the green, marina, and fairgrounds. Packet pick up day of race will be at the Nathanael B. Greene Community Center,  32 Church St, Guilford as will post race awards, and refreshments, including hot clam chowder! The race starts and finished on the Guilford Green.

Registration will only be possible via this online platform and with it you will be able to register until 10:30 am on race day, January 1, 2027. But remember, the price increases after December 25th.

Race Schedule:

Register online at anytime until 10:30 am on race day, Jan 1, 2027.
Packet pick up at The Market Place, 77 Whitfield St, Guilford on Thursday December 31, 2026 10 am - 3 pm.
Race Day
Register on-line before 10:30 am (NOTE: online registration only, accepted)
On race day, please allow plenty of time to park before collecting your race number.
09:30 am-10:45 am Race Day check-in and bib collection at Nathanael B. Greene Community Center.
10:30 am Kids Fun Run Start
11:00 am 5K Run & 2M Walk Start
11:45 am Post-race celebration and awards presentations

Entry Fees:

5K & 2M Walk
Adult - $35 online (until Dec 25, 2026), thereafter $40 from Dec 26, 2026 through to Jan 1, 2027
Under 18 yrs -  $30 online (until Dec 25, 2026), thereafter $35 from Dec 26, 2026 through to Jan 1, 2027.

Family Group Registration (Until December 31, 2026) - 5K or Fitness Walk (up to 4 people) - $5 discount person.
Kids Fun Run - $10 online through Jan 1, 2027. Includes Frosty Fun Run Tee Shirt and participation ribbons

Race Shirts:

5K and Walk entrants shall be able to add an optional a long-sleeved tech shirts to their registration subject to availability at the time of registration. If your preferred size is not available , please ask after the event on race day. 

Awards:

1st male & female winners.
1st male & female winners from Guilford.
Top male & female finishers in each age group receive medals:
12 & under
13-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70-79
80+

Fun Runners will each receive finisher ribbons and Frosty 5K cotton long-sleeve shirts

Post-Race Party:

Refreshments will be available after the race at the Nathanael B. Greene Community Center.
