Come out Saturday October 11 for a Course Preview of the Run Nash course. This run will be supported by pace group guides and water stops along the way and is open to anyone preparing for the Run Nash race or anyone just looking to get a long run in.

We will meet at 6:30 am for a quick warm up, announcements and the opportunity to run with friends.
