## Description

"Because Sickle Cell Awareness Matters"

— Breaking The Sickle Cell Cycle Foundation, Inc. cordially invites you to the 3rd annual Sickle Cell Warrior Walk/Run 5K! The Sickle Cell Warrior Walk/Run 5K is an inspiring, family-friendly event to unite the Nashville community and surrounding areas in bringing awareness to the genetic blood disorder, sickle cell disease, and to create long-lasting relationships to help support members of the sickle cell community. The race will be held on September 16th 2023, at the beautiful Shelby Park- River View Shelter. Runners will begin the race at 8AM, all walkers will begin at 8:05AM.

All participants must complete the course by 9:00am.
Hang out and celebrate with us at the Post Race party where we'll have refreshments while we cheer and then our awards ceremony at 9:15am
