Unity Run in Honor of Ahmaud Arbery: Run for Hope, Run for Unity!

Lace up your shoes and join Black Men Run Nashville for a special FREE run in honor of Ahmaud Arbery on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024. This event is open to ALL runners, walkers, and community members who want to come together for unity and remembrance.

6:00 PM: Meetup at Rivers of Tennessee Fountain (600 James Robertson Pkwy, Nashville, TN 37208)

6:15 PM: Run begins

Route: This run will be 2.23 miles, symbolizing the date of Ahmaud Arbery’s tragic death.

About Ahmaud Arbery:

Ahmaud Arbery was a 25-year-old Black man who as fatally shot while jogging in Glynn County, Georgia, on February 23, 2020. HIs death sparked national outrage and protests against racial profiling and violence.
