With dedicated pacers in every heat, the meet is designed to give athletes of all levels the perfect shot at a personal best. The festival will unfold on **Father Ryan High School’s brand-new track surface!** With Pro Runners as pacers, expect a smooth ride and a shiny new PR! From elementary school kids to rising high-school stars, competitors line up ready to create some magic! More than just a meet, the Toad Two Mile is a community celebration—complete with local food, upbeat music, fresh merch drops, and a post-race hang that keeps the energy alive long after the final race. We’re incredibly excited to host this special event, and with a stacked lineup, it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable day of racing, community, and fun. Father Ryan HS Address: 700 Norwood Dr, Nashville, TN 37204 Meet Time: 10:30am - 4pm (gates open at 9:30am) Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth and successful meet experience for everyone: 🗓 1. Meet Schedule & Heat Sheets The schedule and heat sheets for Saturday’s races are now available. **[**(see link & attachment)**](https://live.timinginc.com/meets/59146) **📌 If you do not see your name, or if there are any errors with your event, please reach out immediately so we can resolve it before race day. ⏱ 2. Athlete Check-In Athletes must check in at least 60 minutes before their scheduled event. We recommend arriving at Father Ryan HS at least 75 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the gate. 👉 There will be a separate table for athletes to check in for their race and receive a bib. 🔥 3. Warm-Up Area & Tents There will be a designated warm-up area located in the back fields. Teams wishing to bring tents or set up a team area may also use the marked section in the back fields, (see attached). Please keep all tents off the infield and in the designated area only. 🎟 4. Entrance & Gate Fee The entrance to the track is located nearest to the main parking lot. We will have staff helping to direct you. There is a $10 gate fee for all spectators. 🚫 5. Infield Access To avoid congestion, spectators are not allowed on the infield. Access will be limited to athletes, coaches, and meet staff only. Athletes will be notified as their race time approaches and directed to enter the infield for further instructions. 🕒 6. Track Spike Policy Only ¼" pyramid spikes are allowed on the Father Ryan track. Please check your shoes and replace cross-country spikes if necessary. 📣 8. Race Warm-Up & Start Times Know the start time of your heat, and time your warm-up accordingly. Be at the start line at least 10 minutes before the race before yours ends to ensure a smooth transition. 🛍 Extras! - There will be a Toad Tent with various merch available for purchase, including meet t-shirts and meet singlets. Be sure to check it out! - Fleet Feet will be in attendance, be sure to swing by their tent! - The Achilles Track Club will be in attendance, and a portion of the event proceeds will go toward supporting their incredible mission of empowering athletes with disabilities. - Food, Snacks, Water & Gatorade will be available for purchase. - There will be a bracelet making station, stickers & tattoos, bows & braids, and photo opportunities by the Toad Tent. 🌟 Special Highlights Stick around for our featured events: The final two races of the day will feature our Championship Heats (girls and boys)!
