About This Event
Brain Games Relay is where running meets trivia night for a high-energy relay race benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. Teams will challenge both body and mind as runners complete their legs and pass the baton through trivia questions and brain-teasing challenges along the way. Compete against other teams, test your mental grit, and come together in support of Alzheimer’s research, care, and support programs.
Teams of three will take on a dynamic 5K relay challenge. Each runner will complete two 800-meter legs, regrouping as a team between each leg to answer a trivia question. After every 1600 meters, teams will face both a trivia question and an interactive brain challenge designed to test mental agility and speed. While teams will race for the fastest overall finishing time, incorrect answers or delays during challenges can add time—making strategy, teamwork, and brainpower just as important as speed.
Grounded in recent research, we know that the 10 Healthy Habits—including regular physical activity, mental stimulation, and social engagement—can help slow natural cognitive decline. Join us on August 29th to put these habits into action while supporting an important cause!
