Our neighbors at Welcome to 1979 are having their anniversary party on Friday, 5/17. To keep the party going, we joining them to do a motorcycle rally/run/walk/whatever on Saturday! Join on foot, bike, stroller, golf cart, scooter, or whatever else you’re feeling.
The event will start with the motorcycles leading us out of the neighborhood, and we will branch off (since we run faster than motorcycles obviously). We will have a couple of routes to pick from - at least 3 & 5 mile and might put in a 1-2 mile walk too.
We’ll end at Welcome to 1979 for a parking lot party with mimosas and a chance to “purchase” raffle tickets with the proceeds going to a few local charities that you get to pick. Raffle drawing around noon.
