It's that time of year people. The NHRC third or fourth annual (don't remember which) Half Marathon Fun Run is here (copyright on "half marathon fun run" pending).
Here is the plan:
The goal is to finish as close to 2:00pm as possible. So if, for example, you are going to run it in 2 hours (9ish minute miles), start at 12:00.
There will be a water station by the Nature Center in Shelby Bottoms. Jami and possibly Robin will be there with water and a place to drop gear if it is warm.
Do you have to run the whole thing? No. We don't care. Just come, run any route that will finish at about 2:00pm, and hang out at New Heights after.
The route is simple. Run from New Heights, across Korean Vets bridge and down to Shelby Bottoms. Turn around when you hit 6.55 miles.
