Saturday, January 9, 2027 State 47 Marathon is celebrating 5 Years!!! Nestled at 3,900 feet in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the State 47 Marathon is surrounded by pecan orchards, stunning views of the Organ Mountains, and the Rio Grande River. Hosted by @wanderlustrunning, this popular event has sold out for the past four years and has welcomed participants from all 50 states and 8 countries. The USATF-certified course is also a Boston qualifier, offering a fast and scenic race with reliably great weather. In addition to the marathon, the event features a half-marathon (USATF-certified), (New Event) a 4-person relay (New Distance), a 4.7-K run/walk, and a kids’ .47 mini run.
