    About This Event

    Welcome to the Fourth Annual Chattanooga Bar Foundation and Chattanooga Bar Association Lawyers Have Heart 5K and 1 Mile walk/fun run event set for Saturday, December 12, 2026.

    Grab the kids or dogs or both and join us for a fun morning run or walk. Christmas Costumes are welcomed and encouraged (but not required). Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash and cleaned up after.

    Online Registration will end December 10, 2026 @ 10:00PM. Race day registration (in person only) will be available on December 12 from 7:30AM – 8:00AM. If you are a non-attorney staff member, please select the "Staff Only" sign up options. 

    The 5K race will start at approximately 8:50 a.m. and the 1-mile walk will begin at 8:55 a.m.  The start and finish will be at Camp Jordan Campground Pavilion located in Camp Jordan Park.  Refreshments will be provided before and after the race.  Proceeds of this event will benefit the Chambliss Center for Children's ISAIAH 117 HOUSE mission which provides physical and emotional support for children awaiting foster care placement.  ISAIAH 117 is an initiative organized by the Chambliss Center for Children which is local non-profit organization.  You can learn more about this cause at https://isaiah117house.com

    This 5K and 1-mile walk is open to the public and people of all ages are welcome.  Awards will be given to adults and children who place 1st for each gender in the 5K, as well as 1st place awards for children of each gender (up to 12 years old) in the 1 mile fun run. The event will go on, rain or shine (in rare chance of dangerous weather, we will email all participants if cancelled). We look forward to seeing you on December 12th.
