Welcome to the 16th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Presented by Chick-fil-A Findlay!
It’s that time of year again when the leaves turn golden, the air turns crisp, and registration opens for the WRC Turkey Trot 5K! This year’s walk/run kicks off at 9:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. in the auditorium of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, where you’ll find light refreshments, same-day race registration, and a drop-off area for diaper donations.
We’re excited to welcome back the Tot Trot, presented by Marathon Petroleum Corporation! This fun dash is for kids 8 years old and under. Pre-registered participants who register by November 7, 2025, will receive a youth T-shirt. A $10.00 late fee applies beginning November 24, 2025. T-shirt sizes are only guaranteed for registrations received by November 7, 2025. The Tot Trot begins at 8:30 a.m. at the starting line with the WRC Turkey and Chick-fil-A Cow to cheer on the tots!
The 5K race course winds through the scenic Country Club Acres neighborhood west of St. Michael’s. Dogs and strollers are welcome. Please keep all furry friends outside the building. Awards will be given to the top 30 male and 30 female finishers, plus prizes for the best Thanksgiving costumes at 8:45 a.m. by the starting line. Volunteers will be on hand to help with any questions. This race is not timed. Packet Pickup Location: Chick-fil-A Findlay (1931 Tiffin Avenue) Drive-thru pickup: For participants who registered before November 7, 2025. Inside registration: Available for those not yet registered or registered after November 7, 2025. Pickup Times: Tuesday, November 25 • 7–10 a.m. (preregistered runners only) • 3–7 p.m. (all participants) Wednesday, November 26 • 11 a.m.–7 p.m. (all participants)
Late Registration: Available at Chick-fil-A Findlay (inside) during packet pickup Tuesday, November 25, 3–7 p.m., and Wednesday, November 26, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Also available on race morning at St. Michael’s inside the auditorium.
